Bravo is a casual Italian family eatery designed to look like a courtyard in old Italy. Brio Tuscan
Grille is an upscale restaurant chain featuring authentic northern Italian food. The two chains are
owned by the same parent company. Both restaurant brands have similar designs relative to the
engineering infrastructure.

Tec Inc. provides the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for multiple locations throughout the United
States. The HVAC includes packaged rooftop equipment and a complete domestic kitchen exhaust system with
type 1 and type 2 exhaust hoods utilizing make-up air.
