Tec Inc. provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for the coversion of Dairy Mart stores into Circle K convenience stores throughout the Midwest.

The engineering design includes new lighting, new beverage coolers and coffee service in the stores and electrical service upgrades where required. Plumbing upgrades include new fixtures and water heaters.

Tec has provided the engineering for over 150 stores in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Iowa. Tec has another 50 stores in progress. As part of the preliminary work, engineers visit each store to verify field conditions.
