Lake Erie College Equestrian Center
Concord, Ohio

Tec provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Lighting Design services to complete the 11,000 square foot facility. New classrooms, computer labs, faculty offices, locker facilities, and student lounge areas are included in the program. The college was looking toward sustainable design for the addition and remodeled areas. Tec completed a very energy efficient HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical design for the project.
