Director of Lighting Design, Ardra Zinkon, IALD, brings a range of experience from healthcare, commercial, liturgical, and high-end residential to landscape and site illumination. Ms. Zinkon’s art and theatre background has provided her with an eye for creating dramatic interest in her lighting designs. Additionally, her extensive knowledge of lighting control systems gives her a well-rounded approach to every project.

Terry Kilbourne, is Lighting Certified and is a leading authority on indirect illumination, developing designs that maintain the visual interest within a space, as well as compatibility with the architectural design. He is the Chairman of the IES Library Lighting Design and Application Committee responsible for developing the recommended Practice for Library Lighting (RP-4).
