This 12,000 square foot residential project was an existing small home with a classical
appearance, new construction west and east wings were added to the original structure.
An additional new construction carriage house was also added to the property. Extensive
landscape and façade lighting were included in the project as it sits prominently on the
bay and will be visible at night from passing boats.

The home will still maintain a classic appearance even though it has been renovated inside.
The exterior lighting will highlight the traditional pilasters and columns visible from both the
street side as well as the bay side of the property. Both interior and exterior illumination will
be controlled though a whole house lighting control system. Control will also be added to
the carriage house through the use of radio frequency controls tied into the main system.
