The staff at Tec includes a mix of mechanical and electrical engineers and designers with a
variety of expertise. In addition to PEs, our staff includes registrations or certifications of LEED AP BD+C, IALD, RCDD, CPMP, HFDP and CPSM.

Approximately half of our staff have been with the company for 10 or more years. With six
people at more than 15 years.

Community involvement is important to Tec. We encourage the staff to get involved in
organizations that they are passionate about. Staff at Tec are involved in the Lake County
YMCA, Big Brother/Big Sisters of Northeast Ohio, Habitat for Humanity, and the Mentor
Public Library to name few.
