The municipal courthouse is the new anchor of Downtown Willoughby. Tec Inc. provided mechanical & electrical engineering, plumbing design, technology & lighting design for the entire building.

This facility includes a public lobby and conference room, a probation court, 2 court rooms, Judge’s chambers, clerks space, a sallyport, record keeping, prisoner holding, police waiting, and record storage.
