FUEL is the cafeteria at the Spire complex. The servery has multiple stations to accommodate a variety of tastes. Stations include a pizza oven, hamburger station, sushi bar, salad bar, cold-cut sandwich station and home cooked buffett. Tec collaborated with the kitchen equipment consultant to provide the appropiate power, plumbing and ventilation connections. Tec completed the design of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical and lighting design for the facility.
